Each week during this year’s Chef’s Top Ten (September 26 – December 4), the traditional entrée and wine pairing will expand to a full 3 course menu. The 7th annual From Farm to Forks held by Growing Chefs! on Sunday October 2nd, is a culinary event featuring more than 15 of Vancouver’s most prominent Chefs and Mixologists collaborating with BC’s best growers and producers to offer local wine and beer pairings, cocktails and tastings.
