National Daiquiri Day

July 19 is National Daiquiri Day. Cuban mining engineer Jenning Stockton Cox invented the Daiquiri in the 1900’s. Cox came up with the concoction of lime, sugar and rum, over cracked ice, in an effort to cool down during hot weather and boost the miners’ morale.

So cool off with us this summer and enjoy cocktail expert Haley’s Daiquiri Épice, a mix of 7 year old Havana Club rum, pineapple juice, lemon and cinnamon spice syrup, finished with a lemon twist.

If Daiquiri’s aren’t your drink, we’re sure you’ll find something exciting to quench your thirst on our cocktail list.

World Gin Day

World Gin Day is June 11, gathering people around the world to come together and drink gin either in a cocktail, G&T or neat. Come in, as our Mixologist Haley Mercedes has created some unique Gin based cocktails for our Spring Summer Drink Menu, such as the Pink Cucumber Collins, a Bloom Gin base that is light and bright with a floral and peppery kick from the cucumber and pink peppercorn.

The Afternoon Delight is a crowd pleaser during lunch and happy hour, as the combination of Pedro Ximenex Sherry and Tempo Gin is rich and complex, while the passionfruit and honey gives it a tart yet sweet undertone perfect for the afternoon, as the name suggests.

Move into the evening with Simon Says, a smooth base of Tempo Gin with touch of sweetness of Soho Lychee, completing your night into the stars.

Exclusive Winemakers Dinner

Join us, as we collaborate with TWB to host an Exclusive Winemakers Dinner on Tuesday 22 September 2015. Meet the Winemakers and learn about Errazuriz Estate Winery during a 5 course wine pairing prepared by Chef Sheldon and Sommelier Rachelle.

Continue to live in summer with citric notes and aromas of tropical fruit, subtle hints of tomato leaves and green chili peppers of the Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2014. It’s medium volume and balanced acidity will also pair perfectly with our Zucchini Roulade, citrus mascarpone cream and salsa verde giving you a summer fresh feel.

Dive in deep and enjoy fresh aromas of red and black fruits accompanied by light spicy notes of the MAX Cabernet Sauvignon. The intensity of the wine is complimented by our House-made Gnocchi with double-smoked house-cured bacon, kabocha squash purée, crispy sage and porcini dust.

Better late then never, as the light summer fruit and botanical notes make a come-back with the Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc 2013which pairs well with the textures of silky Panna Cotta and crunchy almonds to bring you elegance and liveliness.
