Join us May 1 to 7 for YelloWeek

Provence Marinaside and The Wine Bar are pleased to partner with Veuve Cliquot for YelloWeek. We’ll be participating in the YelloFlute and YelloBrunch events.

As a participant in YelloFlute, we’ll be offering glasses of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label for $25/glass. (Hint: $25 is a great price for this exceptional bubble, but you can come to The Wine Bar and get an extra 25% off on Saturday night.) And don’t miss YelloBrunch on May 6, where we’ll be featuring a signature cocktail made with Veuve Rich ($25) and our always popular Crab and Lobster omelette ($24).

Whether you choose to join us for a drink in The Wine Bar or brunch on the weekend, you can’t go wrong when you’re drinking champagne.

National Daiquiri Day

July 19 is National Daiquiri Day. Cuban mining engineer Jenning Stockton Cox invented the Daiquiri in the 1900’s. Cox came up with the concoction of lime, sugar and rum, over cracked ice, in an effort to cool down during hot weather and boost the miners’ morale.

So cool off with us this summer and enjoy cocktail expert Haley’s Daiquiri Épice, a mix of 7 year old Havana Club rum, pineapple juice, lemon and cinnamon spice syrup, finished with a lemon twist.

If Daiquiri’s aren’t your drink, we’re sure you’ll find something exciting to quench your thirst on our cocktail list.

Remember to always drink responsibly.

World Gin Day

World Gin Day is June 11, gathering people around the world to come together and drink gin either in a cocktail, G&T or neat. Come in, as our Mixologist Haley Mercedes has created some unique Gin based cocktails for our Spring Summer Drink Menu, such as the Pink Cucumber Collins, a Bloom Gin base that is light and bright with a floral and peppery kick from the cucumber and pink peppercorn.

The Afternoon Delight is a crowd pleaser during lunch and happy hour, as the combination of Pedro Ximenex Sherry and Tempo Gin is rich and complex, while the passionfruit and honey gives it a tart yet sweet undertone perfect for the afternoon, as the name suggests.

Move into the evening with Simon Says, a smooth base of Tempo Gin with touch of sweetness of Soho Lychee, completing your night into the stars.

If these don’t stir you up, come in and we’ll shake it up with your next favourite drink from our Spring Summer Drink Menu.

Vancouver International Wine Festival 2016

We are proud to again receive an award from the Vancouver International Wine Festival. Congratulations to all of the other restaurants that work so hard throughout the year to create the wonderful wine and food culture that Vancouver offers.

Every day we strive to offer you the best dining experiences with amazing food and wine. In reaching these goals, our amazing team collaborate on all the menus created and are always open to exciting new tastes. Rachelle Goudreau, our wonderful sommelier dedicates her time to educate our staff members to the wonders of food and wine pairings, offering you the best advice. She hand picks all of our over 100 local and international wines that we offer by the glass including more than 40 on tap and some exclusive wines from local wineries that she collaborates on for you to enjoy.

Sommelier Rachelle and Chef JF were instrumental in creating TWB and overseeing the renovations in the dining room at Provence to include as much wine on tap as possible. They both love all of the advantages to this continually developing system of wine storage and delivery that offers the freshest glass of wine with the least impact on our environment. With our passion about our wine and food pairings, we offer Perfect Pairings every other Thursday, giving you a small tutorial into this wonderful side of food.
