With food inspired by Chef Jean-Francis’ native Provence, and wines from Sea Star Estate Winery on Pender Island, this dinner is sure to please foodie and oenophile alike – bonus if you are both.

Provence Marinaside is well known in the Vancouver area as a top tier restaurant combining west coast ingredients with Mediterranean methods and recipes. Chef/Owner Jean-Francis Quaglia brings passion to everything he does, and this dinner is no exception. 

Working closely with Provence Wine Director Joshua Carlson and Chef de Cuisine Sheldon Maloff, Jean-Francis has put together an incredible five course menu. Each course is accompanied by a wine from Sea Star Estate WInery.
