It’s Halloween – Laissez les bon temps rouler

For the first time, Provence is celebrating Halloween! We’ve celebrated at The Wine Bar in the past, but never in the main restaurant. To mark the occasion, we’re combining Provençal French with American Bayou French with a New Orleans styled dinner party. Hip Pocket will be playing the Scary Sounds of New Orleans with Gary Comeau from 6:00 to 9:00. The guys behind the bar will have some great spooky drink specials. Chef Sheldon is going to try his hand at fusion cuisine by adding a Provençal twist to some New Orleans inspired specials. Is it still fusion cuisine when you blend two different styles French of food? Who knows…

So, dust off your best zombie voodoo gear (Everybody has a voodoo outfit in the back of their closet right?), grab your shiniest beads, and join us for a great evening of New Orleans music and merry making.

We’ll be taking reservations as usual, so book your seat now before we fill up.

Did I mention that there will be Trick Or Treat prize draws for everyone who comes in costume? If not, then I have now…

Laissez les bon temps rouler!

BOO! Did I scare you?

Yeah, ok, I guess that joke doesn’t work well in writing… Let me start over.
Halloween is back!

For the third year we’re throwing a little Halloween shindig in The Wine Bar, from 3:00pm to late. We’ll have spooky decorations, and since the 31st falls on a Tuesday this year, we’ll be offering our Tappy Hour drinks all night long. If discounted wine and beer isn’t enough to bring you out, then come for the treats! Chef JF will be dressed up and giving away treats for the most impressive costumes. So, whether you’re looking for a place to have a drink and unwind after that lame office party that Betty in accounting threw; or just starting before heading out to the main event; put on your finest costume and head out to TWB, the place to be on Halloween night this year.

J’ai Mal Aux Cheveux (Breakfast Happy Hour)

We’ve all had one of those mornings where it seems like the day has already gotten ahead of you before you’ve even had breakfast. Well, Provence has the cure for that, we’d like to introduce you to J’ai Mal Aux Cheveux. “What the heck does that even mean?” you ask… literally, it means “I have a hair problem”.

According to Chef Jean-Francis, it’s about as close to having a hangover as the French get. That’s great, but what is it? Simply put, it’s happy hour for breakfast. So, if you’ve woken up with bad hair, and feel the need for some hair of the dog that bit you, drop by and see us for some great breakfast, and a cocktail to set things right.

Available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am.
