A Nova Scotian Bluenoser Comes to Provence

Join us for A Nova Scotian Bluenoser, a five-course dinner inspired by the food and flavours of Nova Scotia, paired with wines from Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards and hosted by Rachel Lightfoot, Viticulturist for Lightfoot & Wolfville.

The evening begins with a glass of Lightfoot & Wolfville Brut before moving through a menu of East Coast oysters, lobster rolls, Digby scallops, chicken ballotine and Nova Scotian blueberry grunt, each paired with wines selected by Provence Wine Director Joshua Carlson.

Based in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley, Lightfoot & Wolfville is a family-owned, certified organic and biodynamic winery producing expressive cool-climate wines shaped by the land, the Bay of Fundy and its remarkable tides.

Rachel will share the wines and stories behind them as, for one night, Provence becomes an East Coast table on False Creek.
