Large group reservations may be subject to a minimum sales guarantee and a deposit to secure the booking. For all private dining events a minimum sales guarantee will apply, and a deposit of 50% of the minimum is required at the time of booking.

COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING CONTRACT
AFTER SPEAKING WITH A BOOKING MANAGER AND DECIDING YOU ARE READY TO BOOK, WE WILL SEND YOU A CONTRACT TO SIGN.
Once we have created a plan with you, we will send you a custom link to your contract to complete and sign.

Group Menus
All groups of 8 or more must use a group menu. Chef Jean-Francis has created a selection of menus designed for groups from 8 to 24, or for groups from 8 to 80.
If you're having trouble finding a menu that suits your group, custom menus can be arranged in consultation with the Chef. Pricing for custom menus starts at $100.
