A Classic Taste of Provence, Perfectly Paired

For this year's Vancouver Dine Out Festival, Provence Marinaside invites you to experience an elegant three-course dinner celebrating classic French cuisine with a West Coast sensibility thoughtfully paired with organic wines from Ontario's acclaimed Tawse Winery.

Priced at $49 per person, the menu offers exceptional value, with optional wine pairings available: $36 for three regular pours or $26 for three petit pours.

"Our Dine Out menu is a snapshot of what Provence is all about," says Owner and Executive Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia. "It's a chance to enjoy time-honoured French dishes, many of which have been on our menu since we opened 24 years ago, at a welcoming price point."

Guests can choose from four starters, four mains, and two classic desserts, including Provence favourites such as Warm Goat Cheese Salad, OceanWise Bouillabaisse, Beef Tenderloin, and Confit of Duck Leg, finishing with Crème Caramel or Fondant au Chocolat.

Wine Director Joshua Carlson personally selected the Tawse wines during a visit to the winery last summer. Known for their organic practices, terroir-driven approach, and vibrant acidity, Tawse wines offer an ideal match for Provence's cuisine. Several selections are available in British Columbia exclusively for this Dine Out experience.
